What about the one who got elected in a town in Russia? Was that in
the European part of the country?<br>
Also, make sure to mention the students in the US, and that they are
not affiliated with PPI or PPUS (I would, at least).<br>

That would mean that Yes, the Canadian candidate is the first one
outside Europe. I that correct?<br>
