eh. well. design protection is not exactly copyright but somewhere between patent and trademark, i guess.<br><br>before anyone pulls up hillary wainwright(?) bear in mind that she thinks of trademarks as a valid alternative to copyright in fashion circumstances. for principal reasons, i am against all forms of theoretical tradeable goods that can't be... deteminably valuably represented.<br>
