And while it is important that a project like this does not seem like one PP is trying to put forward it's views and neglects the ones of the rest, especially keeping in mind the eurocentrism we have in the PPs already, I doubt this will work without some kind of project leadership/management/name it as you will. <br>

I think that is more flexible, since every party can respons to it as it sees fit, but as long as there are a few people willing to push it forward as a kind of editorial board something will happen.</div>
