To be fair, Freifunk for example shows that a lot of Germans don't care that much about this law. These numbers are dwindling, on the other hand. If we decriminalize (or legalize) the private copy again, however, this problem will basically go away. Repealing <i>Störerhaftung </i>will be a breeze then, I think (because no WEP will keep a criminal who wants to use phishing or share child pornography from using your wlan anyways, since they can be broken rather easily). While the law sucks, and should be repealed, I am of the opinion that there are bigger issues in our current legislature. Data retention for example, or the right for private copies.<br>
