</div>That will be happening today (the liveblog's running again to handle<br>
them). Since it's Single transferable vote, rather than FPTP, it's fed<br>
into a machine, so they do that today. 9also, my home town of Liverpool<br>
deferred their council results until this morning, as they spent last<br>
night doing votes for the first ever Mayor.<br>

</div>Mumble does not work for me. It's NEVER worked for me. And I've never<br>
understood the obsession pirates have with it. voice is always less<br>
useful, especially for international work, because speaking and<br>
listening to languages, is harder than reading and writing (while using<br>
more bandwidth).<br>
