<span style="padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:1px">In summary:</span></div><div style="padding-right:1px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:17px"><span style="padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:1px">- A new law was passed last summer that forced all parties without representation to gather the backing signatures of 0,1% of the census at General elections. So we had 19 days to collect 5.500 valid signatures.</span></div>
<div style="padding-right:1px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:17px"><span style="padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:1px">- This year (Autonomic Elections), by "mistake" of the Catalan Government, all parties got wrong information about the signatures requisite. In Galicia and Basque Country it hasn't been necessary to collect signatures at all, and the official Catalan election's website wrongly informed (from 3rd to 10th of October) that it wasn't necessary to collect them either.</span></div>
<div style="padding-right:1px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:17px"><span style="padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:1px">- "Suddenly", on 10th of October, they changed the content of the website without any notification to the parties that had already registered to participate. On day 10th we asked the Central Authority for Elections (Junta Electoral Central) about this requisite.</span></div>
<div style="padding-right:1px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:17px"><span style="padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:1px">- On day 12th (a bank holiday), the JEC published on the government's official bulletin that it was mandatory to collect those signatures and that the deadline wouldn't be moved, it would be the 22nd of October anyway.</span></div>
