I think if no one has sent a confirmation to be considering to host it from the pirate parties outside europe, the board should contact pirate parties outside europe which are known to be quite well developed, like argentina, Canada and possibly brazil.</p>

1.) Financing: There needs to be a risk management. What happens
if nobody comes to the GA and everything is organized? On the
other hand the current discussion about the last GA doesn't sound
very promising even if you make some gain from it.<br>

2.) Time for planning: this time the Call for Hosts is coming even
later than last year. The time for planning such an event would be
very tight especially if the competences are not really clear. The
Call for host for 2014 should start immediately after the new
board is organized, of course it is possible to do in a rush. But
this involves High Risks. What if no adequate Host can be found?<br>

We wanted to Thank the Pirates from Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
which offered help in Organizing, and we would be glad to host it
another year when the call for host is hopefully a little earlier.<br>

day event, held over the course of a weekend. In 2012, we had
a total of around 250 attendees including press. Depending on
the geographic location, this year we expect an increase of
about 15% as newly admitted Members and new Membership
Applicants are entitled to send in a delegation of up to 6
representatives. Currently, the maximum number of official
delegates is 276 (29 ordinary members, 6 observer members and,
as of the moment of writing, 11 membership applicants) but
this is not a final figure and still has the potential to go
up. Should the Parties to the GA not use their full
contingent of delegation spaces, additional participants from
the general public will be admitted to fill the space.</span></div>
