<div><br></div><div>We think PP-CAT deserve the condition of ORDINARY member, as voted in PRAGUE last year, due to their OUTSTANDING contibution to the PIRATE movement worldwide and in Spain.</div><div>

</div><div>We voted to keep one member per SOVEREIGN state because we don't think PPI is able to incorporate more members than the ones that will enter PPI this year for the moment.</div><div><br></div><div>
WE suggest that all ordinary membership application should be suspended at least for a period of 2(TWO) years until PPI has found a structure that would fit such a growing movement. Applicants countries should only be allowed as observers during that period.</div>
