PPCAT is following the rules. Francisco George is talking about<br>
changing the rules. Although I'm not sure this change can be carried<br>
out at this very moment.<br>

However, if you have been following the PPI general assembly in Kazan<br>
you will know that in principle the statutes amendment SAP-33 has been<br>
passed so, if the conference is valid, then the situation is quite<br>
