That can well be true, and it makes the case for the creation of a international pirate ONG not tied to any political party but not systematically suspicious of anything "political"<div><br></div><div>OTOH, did anybody took the pulse of EDRI's members to see what they feel about PPI joining them? Well, I imagine somebody already did! Would you be willing to share your thoughts with us?<br>

better to specific projects than some vague relationships just
because great mutual affinities and understanding. At least it
works here like this.<br>

They see us as politicians and since the great amount of cases of
corruption are constantly arising they feel wary to stay in touch
with us without a concrete purpose.<br>

I dont think it would do either us or EDRI any good if PPI
tried to become members of EDRI. They benefit from being seen
as non partisan. At the same time we have a close dialogue
with their office here in Brussels. So what would be the gain?<br>
