tl;dr - No new taxes. No new burdens on government spending. Trade all the black hole anti-piracy spending programs for mincome.<br>
<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Absolutely agreed.</div><div><br></div><div>Actually, a basic income (mincome) would also change the need for welfare programs, so you can just reduce red-tape and government scrutiny over citizenship and rearrange welfare programs to be used into mincome.</div>
