Statutes, only a PPI Member, organ or officer can file a complaint[1].</p>
<p dir="ltr">Although I spoke about reading the CoA chapter of the Statutes, I<br>
precise I share Charly's point of view that "there should be a middle<br>
way where intelligent people could find a solution". Maybe the point (4)<br>
of chapter XIVa of the Statutes (about Mediators) could be helpful in finding such a way.</p>

<p dir="ltr">I would not bet on the GA being cancelled as a whole if I were you.<br>
As long as no decision is taken, I would consider that the formal GA will take place.</p>
