<div><br></div><div>Cal. yes you can vote directly if you want to. If you do a direct vote, your vote is secret (unless you are acting as a delegate/representative). But this is just one possible configuration for an agora, you can make an agora with and without delegation and with and without public vote (for those that are not delegates).</div>
