<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>I'm afraid the manifesto of the European Pirate Party is as infected with childish shock and awe due to sheer numbers of people rather than rationality assembling sound ideas as were the development and results of the General Assembly of the PPI in Prague in 2012.
