How do I put this... It incentivizes the population to learn. </div><div><br></div><div>What I'm getting at is ordinary citizens will get better at drafting law if they go with their disposition towards direct democracy.</div><div><br></div><div>They will HAVE to, their economic livelihood will depend on it.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>
