It's very important that as many NGOs and individuals as possible reply
to this Commission's consultation:

(You can reply to selected questions, and make partial answers even if
it looks quite long and painful. Due date: Oct. 9th)

The DG Information Society sounded very close to our opinions lately, it
is the occasion to give them legitimacy in working towards Net
Neutrality, Open Standards, etc.

If they get massive feedback from the civil society, they won't be able
to ignore it.
