[pp.int.general] European Social Forum

With the European Parliamental elections coming up in 2009 we should
definitely aim to be seen at the European Social Forum 2008 in
Malmö/Denmark. Seeing as it has an international theme it'd be good if
we do it all together.

If we want to do this we should report it to the arranging group for
2008 as soon as possible because I suspect they will be out of places
rather soon.
