That's great. But my intention was to release this as a release of the
international pirate parties so that we don't need this time consuming
signing process. It's not important to get it done until Friday. I
just wanted to set some kind of deadline to get it done so it won't
take months.

I just did some changes to the draft. I replaced the "immaterial
property rights" with "immaterial monopoly rights" to get rid of these
"intellectual property thing". I also replaced the "leader" with "A
French pirate" and "some other pirate" with "another pirate". I am
really pleased with the current draft and if there are no objections
or mistakes to correct I'd like to declare a freeze of the English
text today so that translations can be started.

We still need a footer. I read that there's already one from the
nextstep release. But where can I find that? I already did a search on
pp-international and the wiki without any results.

If that's done we should publish it through pp-international as soon
as possible and start translations.
