I do not wish to sound offending,

But you cannot freeze the article, because of , as stated before, language
like " Darkness over europe"
And anonymous citations.

I think a lot of people would like to have a serious image of the PPI.

I agree that the signing proces takes to much time though.
We should create a list of people who have enough power to "Sign"
And shoud say something like, after a request there is 36H period for
evaluation.
No vote/voice after 36H should be a "yes"

All party's have a VETO on PPI press releases i think.
If we all agree on my propossed system, we can safe a lot of time.
