Its ok, I didn't freeze it. Andrew also told me that there are some
things he doesn't like in the current draft. 36 hours are a pretty
long time if we want to react to actual happenings but it would be a
starting point. I don't have much time today but please everyone, take
some time and correct it. I will have a look at it later and see what
I can do.
Another problem about you proposal is to make sure clear who has the
power to sign it. In Germany (and also in Sweden I believe) our main
Principe is "asking for permission is forbidden" so basically I would
be able to sign it for Germany or should it only be allowed to the
executives?
