[pp.int.general] PPI like an International Party (the first?) Putting the flag over the globe

Hi all,

My personal opinion - it's an interesting idea.
As corporations operate atop of borders there is a necessity
international strategy. I think that:
-- There is no necessity in separate membership in PPI.
-- create an international board, which should be formed so that all parties
had the equal rights.
-- To make in the budget of each party percent of charges on PPI.
