[pp.int.general] Cross-promoting each other - Poland

The austrian version is intended for print but self-print, so we have
just a few copies we can show the press if they want to or to get new
members, but basically it is a PDF, the first version was published
quite long ago, and a second and third (at least) should come this
year....
