For those who are working on a response to the EC levy questionaire (anybody except me? due 18/4!) this may be interesting information (though depressing): http://www.gesac.org/eng/positions/privatecopying.asp Levy systems would make a marvelous contribution to cultural diversity and anything else. Only recommended for copyright critics with a strong stomach.
