[pp.int.general] sample response to levies consultation

Please find a version 0.99 of the ScriptumLibre response to the EU levies consultation (I wrote most of it, but not all). Feel free to use any argument you like - BUT DON'T COPY LITERAL TEXT - not because of copyright because the EU should DEFINITELY get the impression all critical reactions were made separately. (This is called "detergent strategy": all detergents in a supermarket are either from UniLever or Procter&Gamble, but both have many trademarks: who has most brands, wins).
