Don't worry, in the analysis of the joint viewpoints on culture and author's rights, this was the conclussion about that issue: "balance between author's rights and citizens' rights on culture: We
agree on that there is inbalance and we want to pursue a balance"; refering to citizens as consumers was avoided.

Moreover, such analysis is compliant with UDHR article 27, which states rights about culture for both citizens (paragraph 1) and authors (paragraph 2). Regards,
