[pp.int.general] First Draft: some major editing (1 day left until the end of Stage One)

Hello:

As I commented some days ago, major editing was required for Pirate Manifesto's First Draft; I contributed, specially in topics like the introduction and the section about non-core issues; contents of current First Draft are still based on our common stances.

Please, I ask representatives from involved pirate parties to make a last effort to contribute: the more parties editing the First Draft -and reaching agreements-, the less amendments will be required.

Finally: Parti Pirate (FR) and Piraten Partai (RU), there is one day remaining; while signatures from all pirate parties for the Final Draft will be accepted, according to the agreements from the first sessions, to be allowed to participate in Stage Two -amendments to the First Draft- is mandatory to deliver a briefing of each pirate party's ideology; hurry up, please.
