[pp.int.general] Helsinki Conference Attendance

As the conference is slowly closing in on us, I'd like all countries to 
report (to me by email) their number of attendees at (or absence from) 
the 4th International Conference so I can make preparations accordingly.

I'd like to know ASAP.
