It was sort of meant as a two-pronged invite to a) collaborate on
building and expanding it and b) using what we've already built as it's
constructed to manage multiple parallel organizations anyway -- it's
handling pp.se and the youth section (which are distinct organizations).

It's built in C# and you can check out the source from svn://pirateweb.net/.
