  Wrong. It is about intellectual pro...whatever, visit the link! look at the chapter's name ("Chapter III. On intellectual property")! Such a provisions attempted (and attempt) to equate author's rights to some sort of property since XIXth century. 

  You learn slowly. Copyright is (indeed) considered as a property right - but not in the French revolution sense, but in the Rome law sense. You are mistaken by at least 1500 years.
