Downloading music or films or whatever (with the exception of software)
through peer-to-peer network is legal according to spanish law, if the copy
comes from a legal source, which might be another copy or the original, and
of course if there's noone proifiting $$ from it. Sharing music or films is
legal as long as it is not a public distribustion (peer to peer is not) and
the mentioned conditions (no money and comes form a legal copy) happen.
