If anyone feels up to some pre-election EU-lobbying this event might be handy:

I've only briefly looked up what the Safer Internet Plus Programme
does, but they're partly the arrangers of Safer Internet Day, arranged
in the beginning of February each year. Their plan of action
explicitly states as desireable the development of filtering
technologies for the web.

The meeting is obviously in Luxemburg (of all places), but there
doesn't seem to be a participation fee, so..
