[pp.int.general] congrats, thanks & photos

First, congratulations to Piratenpartei Hesse. This makes pp-Hesse the
second PP to run, and with a significant election result to boot (defined as
above 0.1%).
 
Second, thanks to the organizers of the Berlin meeting. As usual, it is a
tremendous energy boost to meet other pirates in person. Looking forward to
seeing everybody again at the next meeting in Uppsala, Sweden on June 27-29
this summer. (It's easy to get to, you take a flight to Stockholm/Arlanda
airport, only you don't go to Stockholm but a slightly shorter distance in
the complete opposite direction.)
