[pp.int.general] ESF - details in writing

The Finnish pirate party is going to be having a board meeting within a 
week and I will be proposing that we attend the ESF. If the 
circumstances are against us, I will probably be the only one attending 
from Piraattipuolue. I'll return with more specifics when we have a 
decision.
