[pp.int.general] Incorrect information on the PP International page

Hi,

hopefully somebody here can fix this.  The "find your regional party"
sidebar on the PP International page points to http://www.typ.fi/ for
Finland. This isn't the Finnish Pirate Party, however, but a different
(although also IT-oriented) party. The correct address is
http://piraattipuolue.fi/ .
