No. That fee is for participating individuals. A member of PPI who
takes part in arranging PPI events gets their fee paid for by the
organisation fee. Attending the forum without participatin/arranging
an event is free.
PP SE has a budget for this - depending on how our other funding
projects go, I'm looking into whether that money could be used for
travelling subsidies for non-Swedish pirates who want to attend. We'll
also try to arrange solidarit accomodation in Lund/Malmö for these
days. I wont be able to say much more about funding until the end of
June, if everything goes smoothly.

They are registered at <http://esf2008.org/registrations>
I only have one of the codes (an activity I registered for Unhg
Pirat). I have sent the other activity code to Rick Falkvinge. The
codes lets you edit the profile of the event, and the wiki is for
coordinating planning between the lot of us.
---------
Title of your activity: Sustainable immaterial rights and reforms
Registration Code: ACT0941053
-----------------------------
I just had a request today to fill in the languages that will be
spoken/used for presentation of the above activity. Swedish/English? I
can forward the e-mail.
