[pp.int.general] Pirate Manifesto: deadlines extended for one additional week

After tacit agreement of all pirate parties representatives, deadlines will be extended for one additional week:

- so, you're up to propose amendments until 8th of november of 2008, 23:59 UTC
- voting will start 9th of november of 2008, 00:00 UTC; and will finish 22th of november of 2008, 23:59 UTC

After this there won't be more extensions, so use wisely the next days to propose any amendments you think that may be needed, following the rules declared in the Pirate Manifesto Amendments Central. Regards,
