[pp.int.general] Pirate Manifesto: two days remaining for proposal of amendments

To Piraten Partei Deutschland: according to Jens' instructions, only amendments Eighth and Tenth (which has been splitted into amendments from 11th to 15th) remain as valid. I strongly recommend Piraten Partei Deutschland to add arguments to their amendments; it's not mandatory though it helps people to understand why were they proposed and why should they be voted for and not voted against. Also, some comments have been added in the discussion pages of the new amendments.

To Parti Pirate and Piraattipuolue: both parties asked for extra time for their new amendments; extra time was agreed, though however there are no new amendments. Remember: deadline is set at next Saturday 8th of November, 23:59 UTC.

Rest of eligible voters: two days remaining, still time to propose your amendments :) Regards,
