Hi Carlos,

two questions:

* I found amendments one to ten, but they seem to be all from germany.
Where are the others?
* Is there any reason to get in a hurry? Shouldn't we take enough time,
to create a manifesto that must not be updated in a year, because most
pirates have not read it and it is not even fully translated to all
national languages?
