And it's not an European Manifesto, which is proven by the presence of pirate parties of Australia and United States in the Manifesto development; what I said about the formal European pirate party is that since several months ago there is the explicit will of creating a formal European pirate party. Pirate Manifesto is a worldwide effort, thus allowing the creation of a worldwide formal organisation. Regards,
