LOL -- just for the record, I never claimed it was anybody else's
fault if we Frenchies hadn't proposed amendments on time.

(and still for the record, the only reason why I currently can't get
involved as much as I'd like to is because I'm writing a whole
GPL-licensed opera for one of the major French opera houses, so this
might even count as Pirate commitment ;-)

As for recent big debates and arguments about anarchy, 9/11, piracy,
democracy etc. -- please guys, let's keep it real. We're all perfectly
aware of what our common grounds are, and while I always appreciate
background discussions on such topics (and while I do have some strong
opinions too) I think these topics are not at stake here.

That being said, it's refreshing to see so much ideas and energy.
