We did it in PIRATA, that person tried during several days to rejoin with different mails, we then frustrated several attempts, finally that person gave up.

I think XVIIth century pirates of the Caribbean Sea dealt with difficult humans ... keelhauling them xD no, seriously, we are supposed to be polite, thus, I think we shouldn't admit people who is not polite, who's frequently insulting -namely, calling others stupid, numbskulls, etc-, saying that any means are valid to achieve goals, etc. Basically, because such behaviour disrupt any attempt of communication between us and undermines this mailing list usage.
