I would like to remind everyone that talking about a disruptive person 
(or persons) is almost as disruptive for a mailing list or forum as the 
person(s) themselves can be.

I have always considered banning people (ie revoking their right to 
speech in a sense) as a rather extreme measure, but sometimes, you do 
arrive at the last resort.
