[pp.int.general] Pirate Manifesto: Voting window finished, results

Hello:

While representatives' resolution regarding PPUS' out-of-time voting is pending, I'm going to summarize the provisional results (both counting and ignoring PPUS vote, to see the difference), along with some conclusions I've made from this amending & voting process; I put it into an .ODT file to make this mail more readable -also, to allow you to make translation into your national languages and show the results to your fellow party members in the best possible way-.
