Hello,

just a short question (because I am lazy): does anyone have a link to an 
overview about the actual discussion about net neutrality in the USA?

I ask because I found an interesting articel in Germany about a possible 
change of the FCC-rules (an additional 5th principle). It is said that 
the EU-Commission have a look what happens there.
