[pp.int.general] Next PPI Conference in Brussels!

The Irish Pirate Party would love to help but unfortunately we are in the
fledgling stage and may not be able to do much but at the very least we will
support this by doing advertising.

I have mentioned to Andrew once or twice about getting a proper committee
going for PPI. He has said that it has been tried before and it failed
miserably and thats fine but its not a reason to try it again.

Whats needed for something like the PPI to work is a group of members
brought in from each PP. Of course not every PP should have representation
straight away. As has been outlined briefly in Andrews signing off email
some parties are a little under developed in their structure or their take
on the "game" of politics.

I would propose a way of deciding what would allow a PP to be officially
recognised by the PPI as a proper working party (Official registration in
the country shouldnt be required as its hard to do). Those officially
recognised parties would then elect one member to be part of the PPI
committee and would have a dual role of working on specific PPI strategies
but also passing on news and information about their party to the other
parties represented within PPI. The unofficial parties would not be ignored
of course as one of the first PPI tasks would be to set up some form of aid
for those fledgling groups.

I think I'll leave it at that for now so people can mull it over a little
before saying more because obviously this is all very theoretical and could
possibly fall flat on its face if implemented so just take some time and see
if some part of it catches anyones fancy I guess.
