[pp.int.general] Let us organize a study session!

Their purpose is to discuss the issues that are brought up. I do not
have an archive, because I was never able to attend one (air fair is
expensive from the US). It would be better to hear from the people
that were there. They can tell you what went on better than I can. A
good number of people on this list were at most of the meetings.
