Incidently, and this isn't aimed at anyone in particular, can people
be careful when they reply to delete text that's no longer relevant.
If you look at many posts, such as
<http://lists.pirateweb.net/pipermail/pp.international.general/2009-August/003837.html>
for example, it includes lots of quoted text. On one post that doesn't
matter, but for many it makes the whole thing harder to read. And
could people add new text below what they're replying to, rather than
top-posting. For a reason not to top-post, consider:

A. Because it disrupts the natural order of the conversation.
Q. Why is top-posting bad?
