I would really only apply this argument to victims of sexual abuse, and only
to the feelings of the person directly featured in the video. A lot of it
comes down to the reason for circulating the videos too. People circulating
"CP" and rape videos usually aren't doing it to draw public attention to the
issue of child abuse or rape.
