    The paradox is that rights (representing a monetary value) by the government
    *even* if morally objectionable can not be withdrawn without compensation by
    a "reliable" government. Yes, it is a brain teaser.

It is not much of a brain teaser.  That principle of "reliable"
government is unjust.  It is a standard method for making injustices
impossible to reverse.  We must denounce that false principle.
