as many of you already know, the president of the European Patent Office 
(EPO), Alison Brimelow, has
referred the controversial question about the patentability of software to 
the highest appeals body
of the EPO.

We have organised a meeting in Berlin on the 21 and 22 of February to 
discuss approaches and start
coordinating actions.
